Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your GrimGlow order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned with the original packaging and any included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible at grimglowshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next steps.

How to start a return

Email grimglowshop@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
